Julie Maddox

For over a decade, Julie Maddox has called Garden Oaks home, and it has been such a wonderful neighborhood for her family.  Julie understands what a gem the Garden Oaks / Oak Forest (GOOF) neighborhood is and how hard it is to leave.  If you are looking for someone familiar with the area to sell your home, or you want to rebuild on your lot so you don’t have to leave, she is ready to help.

After completing her MBA at the University of Alabama, Julie moved to Houston where she continues her multi-decade career in the engineering and construction.   With experience in executive operations, she is focused on the financial aspect of real estate, but understands the emotional part of selling and buying as well.

While not originally from Texas, both of Julie’s daughters are Houstonians and attend Oak Forest Elementary & Duchesne Academy.  She enjoys traveling, gardening & watching college football.
